searchindexer.exe is sucking up my CPU resources. The average CPU use is always around 50-55%. I tried disabling through services.msc and even removing it through Windows Feature on/off. But this process still manages to slide in and still hogging 50+% CPU. I even disabled indexing from drive indexing but it is not working.

Since SearchIndexer.exe has shown up in the System\Win32 folder. Try these steps and check if it helps: a) Press Windows button + R. b) Type: "services.msc" (without quotation marks) and press enter. c) Find "Windows Search" on the list and make sure it is set to "started" and "automatic"
