SM Supermalls, or simply SM, is a chain of shopping malls owned by the Philippines-based SM Prime. As of January 2025, it has a total of 95 malls (87 in the Philippines and 8 in China). It also has 13 malls under construction (5 in the Philippines and 2 in China). It was formerly known as Shoemart.
It is owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings, the largest mall operator in the Philippines, and opened on May 12, 2017. [ 4 ] [ 5 ] The mall is the 2nd in Northern Mindanao and 61st mall in the Philippines by the SM Group.
The second generation GS3 was launched in the Philippines under the GAC brand as the GS3 Emzoom on 30 June 2023 in three trim levels: GS, GB and R-Style. [13] The Touring trim was added in August 2024, it is based on the GB trim features a sportier design with the bodykit from the R-Style.
Construction for SM Southmall began in early 1994. The mall later opened on April 2, 1995, and is the first SM Supermall in the southern region of Metro Manila and the 5th SM Supermall ever built by Chinese-Filipino businessman, Henry Sy.
