The school system is composed of four schools. There are two elementary schools: H.T. Smith Elementary, serving grades K-2, and Natalie Kreeger Elementary, serving grades 3–5. Fowlerville Junior High School serves grades 6–8, and Fowlerville High School serves grades 9–12. There are roughly 180–230 students in a graduating class.
