Biñan (IPA:), officially the City of Biñan (Filipino: Lungsod ng Biñan), is a component city in the province of Laguna, Philippines.According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 407,437, making it the third largest in population in the province of Laguna, after Calamba and Santa Rosa.
Previously included in Laguna's 1st congressional district, it includes all barangays of the city. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Marlyn Alonte-Naguiat of the Lakas–CMD , who is the district's first representative since its creation.
The School of Dr. Jose P. Rizal Site and Museum showcases the early life of Rizal as a student. It was opened in 2016 and renovated in 2021.
