The Executive Leaders Program (ELP) has been developed from the CHDS master's degree curricula. Participants study key homeland security topics and issues while building working relationships and networks across local, state, tribal, federal, and jurisdictional lines. This program was designed to accommodate the busy schedules of executives.
The William J.
