Portcullis House (PCH) is an office building in Westminster, London, England, that was commissioned in 1992 and opened in 2001 to provide offices for 213 members of the Parliament of the United Kingdom and their staff. The public entrance is on the Embankment.
Nye Bevan House, was a large office development located in the Blythswood Hill area of Glasgow, Scotland.It formed part of the complex of buildings known as Strathclyde House which collectively served as the offices and meeting place of Strathclyde Regional Council from when it was formed in 1975 until it was eventually abolished in 1996.

Before Nottingham he developed the environmental strategy and detailed façade design for Portcullis House.
