You can navigate by scrolling down from the top of the page. Each section represents a tab of the Rom Center. For newer roms, go to the popular games tab or the other ...
Reply. IronRingX. •. While that’s true to certain extent, if the OP burned an XISO onto a DVD-R, it would, at a maximum take up 4.7GB (including empty space) as opposed to the 1:1 redump images which are 6.5GB and meant to be burned on a DVD-R DL disc. A rip of an xiso burn would not equal a true 1:1 re-dump iso image.
Use FxISO to make a burnable Xbox image. Qwix or C-Xbox Tool can be used to create XISO (Xbox ISO) disc images. The console doesn't read standard ISO9660-format images. You must burn whit 4x speed. Otherwise, the DVD from the xbox have troubles reading them correctly. And only in case use Image Burn.
So I know about the mega thread (And I get all my roms there) , but are there any other good websites to look for ROMS/ISOS of Xbox 360 Games. Then from the file set you can create an XISO disc image and if your Xbox is set to mount/play XISO disc images run the game. Or, upload the extract file set to a unique subfolder in the one of the replacement dashboard's Games paths (e.g., E:\Games\<game name here - no <> symbols>\, F:\Games\<subfolder>\, or G:\Games\<subfolder>\).
This creates "xbox.iso" in your working dir. extract-xiso -c /mnt/xbox/ 4. Rename the extracted iso to xiso mv xbox.iso xbox.xiso 5. Unmount the iso fusermount -u /mnt/xbox 6. Extract the xiso extract-xiso -x xbox.iso -d /tmp/mygame. Now the contents of /tmp/mygame will be ready to FTP to your OG XBox's HDD. Hope this helps someone.
Decompress that and you'll have a large ISO file. What you now need to do is launch XDVDMulleter and choose the third option down: Extract/Browse files in ISO. Use the extraction options and it will extract the Xbox game files/folders for you. With those you can remove stuff like updaters/Demos/PAL FMV (if applicable) to shrink the size.
XISO is an Xbox specific ISO file type. It too is normally named dot iso (.iso) instead of dot xiso (.xiso) on the Xbox hard drive. There are Redump-style disc images - dot iso files - (usually larger than 6GBs) that are backups of the entire dual-layer game disc. And, XISOs are disc images with just the XDVDFS portion of the disc that holds ...
I use Internet Archives xbox collection all the time. Here's how: Download torrent with your favorite torrent donwloader (uTorrenr) Unpack the Rar file with your favorite Rar opener (winrar) Extract the files in the ISO using "XDVDMulleter Beta 10.2" FTP folder to your console. About 1 in every 100 games doesn't work though, no idea why.
