  4. IMHO Apple should provide supported macOS info in the Xcode download page because it is frustrating to notice that the downloaded version is not supported with that macOS. Yes, agreed. BTW Xcode v13 was 11 GB but v15 was only 3 GB. And my new fibre optic connection makes downloads faster (if Apple's end can feed it fast enough).
