Express saver to a residential address is probably gonna get handled by Ground anyway depending on how far it is. Packages get thrown out of the cans onto the belt at Express all the time. Honestly, the package handlers at Ground treated things better coming out of the trucks. We try our best lol.

It doesn’t have to be a FedEx envelope. A manila envelope (8.5 x 14, or 8.5 x 11) is fine. Anything that can hold a document works, honestly. I’ve actually used UPS envelopes for FedEx and vice versa. Any envelope works. Dropboxes should have a limited amount of supplies.
You’re fucked if it goes 2/3 day to Indy, it’s getting held. N or X are just hub codes, there are more codes than that which still fly. If you don't want it to be held, pay the extra.
