All videos won't preview- music videos, tv shows and of course, the movie trailers themselves. Oddly enough, music previews work as usual. All software is updated. I am noticing iTunes is a bit slow when switching to through the various "stores"- movies, app store, tv shows. I've done all the usual things: quit iTunes, restart, etc.

In order to get a movie trailer to load I have to hit 'reload' in Safari a number of times. This does NOT work for all trailers that have been posted to trailers.apple.com. There is no app to watch trailer for macOS (at this time). Either the installed version of Safari needs to be fixed. Or https://trailers.apple.com needs to be fixed.

I can no longer play the movies in my library, purchased or rent. when I tried to play the movie, it just shows black screen, no audio, no visual. even my older purchased movie that I used to watch now only shows black screen. 10. For Apple reps looking to reproduce the issue: Use the Apple TV remote to activate Siri and have it search for a movie. Try “Show me Iron Man”. Now in that movie’s “page” scroll down to Trailer and try to play it. Bug: you are sent to the Apple TV app with no trace of the movie whose trailer you wanted to play.

  11. iTunes purchased movies wont play on Windows 11. Quote from a previous question posted on the same issue: "I just got a new PC with Windows 11. Now anytime I go to play a movie in iTunes, there’s no video just a scrambled signal with all these pink and green lines. The audio still comes through but the video is a psychedelic nightmare.
