About Us. Historic Warinanco Park, named after a prominent Native American Lanape leader, opened in 1920. Located in Union County on the border of the borough of Roselle and the city of Elizabeth, the 205 acre park packs in numerous amenities for the community.

Arguably the most iconic piece of Warinanco Park is the ice rink! Since 1961 area families have enjoyed the seasonal skating in the park — and in 2019 the experience will be better than ever! Olds meets new in the renovated skating building, now called the Warinanco Sports Center, which sits adjacent to the skating rink.
