As of 20 August 2020, a video containing the song, misspelt as "Johny" and uploaded to YouTube by Loo Loo Kids in 2016, [1] has more than 6.6 billion views, making it the third-most-viewed video on the site, as well as the most-viewed nursery rhyme video and one of the top 10 most-disliked YouTube videos.
"Baby Shark" (Korean: 상어가족) is a children's song associated with a dance involving hand movements dating back to the late 20th century. In 2016, "Baby Shark" became very popular when Pinkfong, a South Korean entertainment company, released a version of the song on June 17, 2016, with a YouTube music video which went viral in social media, online video, and radio.

Sunburst and Snowblind is an EP by Scottish alternative rock band Cocteau Twins. It was released on 18 November 1983 through the label 4AD. [1] The EP features "Sugar Hiccup" from the album Head over Heels, as well as three other tracks. The title is taken from the first line in the opening track of Head Over Heels, "When Mama Was Moth".
Pinkfong content consists mainly of children's songs, the most famous of which is a version of "Baby Shark". The dance video associated with that song eventually became a viral YouTube video with over 14 billion views as of August 2024. Their channel consists of songs, stories, and dances that are represented by a pink fox named Pinkfong.
The original "Baby Shark" video by Pinkfong is now the most viewed video on the site. On October 29, 2020, Baby Shark surpassed 7 billion views, and on November 2, 2020, it passed Despacito to become the most viewed video on YouTube. On February 23, 2021, Baby Shark surpassed 8 billion views, becoming the first video to do so.
