Baltimore Police Sergeant James Kubicki shot Nueslin, a pregnant woman, in the back of the head in Gunpowder Falls State Park. The two had conducted an affair since Nueslin was 19, and due to Nueslin's pregnancy, Kubicki murdered her to avoid paying child support.
