The 2024 World Triathlon Championship Series was the 16th season of the World Triathlon Championship Series, the top level international series for triathlon, since its establishment in 2009, and crowned the 36th official World Triathlon Champion for both men and women since the first was crowned in 1989.

The distances are typically around two to three times those of the shorter ITU Duathlon World Championships, in both cases varying according to the venue; they have also varied over the years. The championships are organised by the International Triathlon Union (ITU).
The competition has been held annually since 1997. Unlike normal triathlon races the winter triathlon discipline takes place in snow-covered terrain. The snow therefore means the normal disciplines of swimming and road cycling do not take place, instead the championship typically involves running, mountain biking and cross-country skiing.
