Some one mentioned REI Hub so I'm looking for some user reviews and other suggestions that you may have experience with. I downloaded the free 30 day trial of REI Hub but I think it will take more time to set up than the help it will provide.
I currently have 2 properties, one from REI Nation (used to be called Memphis Invest) and the other from Ohio Cash Flow. I'm hoping that they can rent the property before I close. I'll update in a few months with how it's going. My plan was to buy 5-10 properties this year with REI, but it seems like that's near impossible with the criteria I have (which seemed very reasonable based on their samples).
