Lisburn Road is a main arterial route linking Belfast and Lisburn, Northern Ireland. The Lisburn Road is now an extension of the " Golden Mile " with many shops, boutiques, wine bars, restaurants and coffee houses.
The road runs south from the Boyne Bridge over the old Dublin railway line beside Belfast Grand Central station, then crosses Donegall Road and ends at the bottom of Lisburn Road. At the north end of the road was Murray's tobacco factory, opened in 1810, [4] while at the other is a large Orange hall.

The street itself was named in honour of Queen Victoria. It includes the Monument to the Unknown Woman Worker, which is in a prominent walking route into Belfast Great Victoria Street railway station. There are also a number of churches located along the street. Great Victoria Street looking northwards with the Crown Liquor Saloon on the right.

At the southern end of the Malone Road lies Malone House, a mansion in the late Georgian style. The house is now maintained by Belfast City Council.
