Regarding the chemistry of the brothers, the exclusive teaser seemed to suggest a complicated relationship. Considering the importance of sibling relationships in Code Geass (particularly older brother-little sister relationships), this will be interesting to see. I'm not sure about a Rozé's Geass, but Sakuya definitely has one.
Kallen isn't considered a main character by the showrunners. The V.A. for Lelouch, Suzaku and C.C. are credited together on the same slide during the the closing credits, whereas Kallen's V.A. is usually credited with other members of the cast, even in the one episode that focused on her.
Bro code geass is political drama. I like these characters because of political thinking, ideals, loyalty and yes skills. I like villain like Charles schneizel and Cornelia because they have their ambition to shape the world in their own way.
