Fowlmouth (voiced by Rob Paulsen) is a young, white male rooster with a blue, short-sleeved shirt. He is based on Foghorn Leghorn, though he speaks in a New York accent instead of a Southern accent. Fowlmouth is shown to be very polite when calm but when his short temper is provoked, he launches into a bleeped-out swearing tirade.
