Tan Sri Loh Boon Siew (Chinese: 駱文秀; pinyin: Luò Wénxiù; Jyutping: Lok3 Man4 Sau3; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Lo̍h Bûn-siù; 1915 – 1995) also known by locals as “Mr Honda”, was a Penangite tycoon and the first sole distributor of Honda motorcycles in Malaysia.
The recipient of this award receives the title Tan Sri and his wife Puan Sri. This award was limited to 250 living recipients only at any time, excluding foreign citizens who receive it as an honorary award. The badge and the design of the star are similar to that of the Grand Commander but smaller.
The company was founded by the late Tan Sri Loh Boon Siew in the 1960s, beginning as the Malaysian distributor for Honda Super Cub motorcycles and later cars. [2]The groups has a combined total asset exceeding RM3 billion, shareholders fund exceeding RM2.2 billion and Cash/Cash Equivalent exceeding RM1 billion as of 31 December 2001 (source: annual audited accounts).

The eldest son of Lim Tee Hooi and Foong Cheong Ngan, Swee Aun was born on 1 September 1915 in Taiping, Perak and educated at the King Edward VII School (Taiping). He was a keen rugby player and played for the school in the 1930s. [1]
