I uninstalled PDF 8.1 and reinstalled it and it worked fine with Windows 10. (I have the original PDF 8.1 install file from 2013) PDF then did an Office 2013 upgrade and PDF 8.1 reverted to "stopped working" msg and the program closes. According to the Nuance website, PDF Converter 8 is not supported on Windows 11. It was last supported on Windows 8. So even if you can use it, there may be compatibility issues that cause some functions to fail. For more help you can consult the Nuance official support staff of the software. We have one user that has a brand new pc. Windows 10. We have Nuance Power PDF installed. The software functions fine until you need to share/email the document from Power PDF. I cannot get power pdf
Download/save the .aspx file on to your computer (Documents/Downloads/Desktop) Press Windows + E key to open File Explorer. Select View tab and click on Options. Click on Change folder and search options. Select the View tab. Under Advanced settings, uncheck the box beside Hide extensions for known files types. Click Apply and OK.
