The Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge is a bridge on the north side of Green Bay, Wisconsin. It carries Interstate 43 over the Fox River just south of its mouth into Green Bay. History. I-94 was the first section of the Interstate Highway System completed within the state of Wisconsin. This one-mile (1.6 km) section, near Johnson Creek in Jefferson County, was built in 1958.
