Julington Creek Plantation is an unincorporated community in the larger community of St. Johns, St. Johns County, Florida, United States.It consists of several large neighborhoods, and is located along Race Track Road east of State Road 13, across from Fruit Cove (which is also the name of a census-designated place that includes Julington Creek Plantation).

The 6,000 sq ft (560 m 2) house was designed by Greenville architects James Douthit Beacham and Leon LeGrand. It is a two-story house constructed of hand-made yellow brick, timber, and stucco. It has a one-story, glass-enclosed porch on the east and porte cochere on the west.

Julington Creek feeds into the St Johns River widening out into Old Bull Bay. Both are navigable by paddlecraft [3] and has a marina on it.
