Middle East - Amazon & eBay in KSA - Hi, I was wondering if anybody has had bad experiences buying with Amazon or eBay to be delivered to Saudi Arabia (as for the customs or the postal service).
I would suggest to check Amazon KSA, if they sell / deliver the same titles to KSA you probably should be good. Another suggestion is to go for digital books on Kindle or Google Play Books. Personally if anything is even a little borderline edgy i would prefer not to chance it.

Although you will receive fewer shares compared to an employee in a tax paying country as RSU vests tax free. You get 25k AED per child for upto 3 children. However, that won’t cover half for most British schools here.
Probably buy it from Amazon and have it shipped out here via Aramex. Try an app called Navmii, it is based on your smartphone but you can download all the maps prior to using it. It will then work off your gps so no need for a data connection. You could see how it works in KSA before ordering a dedicated unit.

Re: Radios/walkie talkies in Saudi. We (the company) have just bought some new radios from Bravo and we use them also as walkie talkies. Since I am in Khobar and so I am told the range they could be used as far away as in Jeddah, just as log as you have a good Bravo reception. The model we have is the Motorola i418 type.
