This is a chain restaurant like Applebee's or Chili's, but on a smaller scale. The food is defrosted, half the kitchen is illegal, and the service is hardley adequate and made up of frustrated actors (at least in LA area restaurants.) Elephant Bar described as "upscale"???? can't decide whether to laugh or vomit.
