Miss Philippines Earth 2023 was the 23rd Miss Philippines Earth pageant, held at the Toledo City Sports Center in Toledo, Cebu, Philippines on April 29, 2023. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] Jenny Ramp of Santa Ignacia crowned Yllana Aduana of Siniloan as her successor at the end of the event.
The Miss Philippines Earth was founded in 2001 by Carousel Productions headed by its president, Ramon Monzon [9] who is also the president, CEO, and director of the Philippine Stock Exchange and chairman of the PSE Foundation, Inc. [10] [11] and spearheaded by Ramon's wife Lorraine Schuck as executive vice president and Peachy Veneracion as the vice president and project director.
Miss Earth is an annual international major beauty pageant based in the Philippines that advocates for environmental awareness, conservation and social responsibility.Along with Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss International, it is one of the Big Four beauty pageants.

On October 16, 2023, the Miss Earth Organization announced that the pageant will take place in Ho Chi Minh City from December 1, 2023, to December 22, 2023.
