So these days Blackheath is seen in Rowley Regis. Yes Blackheath is a town, so is Cradley Heath, Old Hill etc. These all make up one "Super Town" - Rowley Regis - which doesn't really have a centre like the other Sandwell towns - ie. you can easily refer to Oldbury town centre, West Brom town centre etc so it does seem a bit disjointed.
