I am assuming you are using windows 10, and you have installed that bing app that helps you change the wallpaper every day. Or, you can change the photo manually. There is no way for you to customize it to show a specific image. It is not 'Bing Image Search' wallpaper. It's Bing WallPaper.

For starters, I did not have bing in my taskbar, but even when I put it there, right-clicking just gives me "Bing Wallpaper" and "Unpin from taskbar". Further right-clicking on "Bing Wallpaper" give me options to run the application, but when I do that, nothing at all happens.
Please go to the folder "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\BingWallpaperApp\WPImages" and delete the contents of this folder where the Bing Desktop images are stored.
