Same thing happened to me, I got it back pretty quickly but was scared AF, but the day after (today) I got an email saying that my ticket was conformed for something, checked the support ticket and it said that I made it on Wednesday (the day I got hacked) at like 10am when I wasn't hacked, so they most likely use your email and username to summit a ticket to riot and then ask for a password ...
