Mohakhali Inter District Bus Terminal or Mohakhali Bus Terminal is one of three main inter-city bus stations in Dhaka, [1] opened in 1984. [2] Located in the Mohakhali neighbourhood, it primarily serves destinations in northern Bangladesh , including Tangail , Mymensingh , Netrokona , Jamalpur , Sherpur , Kishoreganj and Bogura .

It is the center of Bangladesh and all bus around the country stop here. It is named after Noor Hossain who was killed by police during the mass uprising in 1987 at the place. [ 2 ] It is near to the General Post Office building. [ 3 ]

Farmgate (Bengali: ফার্মগেট, romanised: Farmget) is an elevated metro station of the Dhaka Metro's MRT Line 6. [2] This station is located in the neighbourhood of Farmgate . The station commenced operations on 5 November 2023.
