Bellville is a large town in the Western Cape, South Africa, and is part of the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.Having formerly been an independent city, it was later incorporated into the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality, which is located in the Western Cape province of South Africa.

Bellville was a constituency in the Cape Province of South Africa, which existed from 1933 to 1938 and again from 1953 (initially under the name Bellville-Parow) to 1994. It was centred on the railway junction of Bellville , and covered various areas of Cape Town’s eastern suburbs.
