Didn't Ritz Crackers use this song in their advertising for a while back in the early days? I know they are of similar vintage - the crackers were first sold just 5 years after the song was written. I seem to recall seeing some old vintage ads where they played a (modified lyrics) version of this song advertising the crackers.
