Muskogee is home to The Castle of Muskogee. The Castle hosts Fourth of July Fireworks sales, a Halloween festival 'Haunted Castle', a drive-through Christmas Kingdom and indoor Castle Christmas experience, and the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival, founded in 1995.
Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday through June 2 at the Castle of Muskogee, 3400 W Fern Mountain Rd. The festival is also open on Memorial Day. Information : www.okcastle.com .
The festival will be open to the public from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday. A balloon glow is planned for 8 p.m., and a fireworks finale will follow at 9 p.m.
