Feb 1, 2021. #7. J.L. Mann will be one of the top teams in the state. Got some really talented players and a couple of commits, Air Force pole commit, and a Lander goalie commit. They play a pretty tough schedule via max preps, it should be fun to see how they do.

Players on the defensive half of the field can only use their sticks to stop a ball from going over and back (IIRC that has been the rule for a while in NFHS play). Some updates around suspended players and coaches. Clear mouthguards will be allowed.

  9. Used Lacrosse Ball Reconditioning - The Lacrosse Forum

    forums.insidelacrosse.com/threads/used-lacrosse-ball...

I have all of the materials now to build and my investment is less than $25. I could share the plans, the list of needed items, time investment, and my results, if there is interest. With lax balls costing between $1.50 and $2.00 each and having a large supply of old greasers on hand, it seems like a no brainer.

    forums.insidelacrosse.com/threads/science-fair-project...

My friend and I are participating in a science fair and we wanted to do something with lacrosse. We are in 8th grade. We thought we could test shots with a speed radar. Over hand, side arm, and under hand shots. We would video tape the shots and record the data and put it on a poster board. Is...
