This can happen for a few reasons. Make sure that the phone number is registered to the same country on your Blizzard account. If so, make sure that you aren’t using any spaces or hyphens, it should be numbers only. Also keep in mind that VOIP numbers and pre-paid phones are not supported. 2 Likes.
