Find a Child Care or Early Learning Provider. Find an ELRC Office. Go to PA Key Website. Go to Professional Development Registry Website. Go to Pennsylvania Head Start Collaboration Office Website. Go to ChildLine Website. Obtain a Statewide Listing of Child Care Providers.
When rates are entered the information is saved in Provider Self Service. You must also click Submit to transfer the rates to PELICAN Child Care Works and then the ELRC can see the rates and so will parents who get referrals for care.
