There is the 512k and 1 meg versions. Firmware R07.XX & up has a 1 meg board. The latest version is a host firmware 1 meg is R07.71.06 (technically .07) & DSP 8.03.05. Firmware R04. & up is IMBE digital - R03. is the original saber version VSELP. All astro sabers will do 12.5 khz, only 1 meg will do the splinter freqs.

May 10, 2012. #1. I have a Motorola XTL2500 I am trying to program with a OEM Motorola USB cable. I went out to program the radio and the radio displays "WRONG CH" I tried to go ahead and program the radio and it quickly flashes "PROGRAM" on the screen and then fades.
