Lynsi Lavelle Snyder-Ellingson [1] [2] (previously Seawell, Martinez, and Torres; born May 5, 1982) is an American billionaire businesswoman, the owner and heiress of the In-N-Out Burger company. She is the only child of Lynda and H. Guy Snyder [3] and the only grandchild of Harry and Esther Snyder, who founded In-N-Out in 1948.
On Valentine's Day, 1981, Snyder married Lynda Lou Perkins (née Wilson), a divorcée from Torrance, California. The marriage produced one daughter, Lynsi, who was born in 1982. Through his first marriage, Snyder had two stepdaughters, Traci Taylor and Teri Prince. Snyder and Wilson separated in 1995; their divorce was finalized in January 1997.
Esther and Harry Snyder had two sons: Guy (1951-1999) and Rich Snyder (1952-1993) and one granddaughter from their first son Guy: Lynsi (born 1982).
