Just installed the Red Alert 2 Multiplayer download and it worked perfect from the first launch executing from game.exe without needing to do absolutely anything, and I mean absolutely. I'm on an Intel Core I7-10700KF on Asus MotherBoard Z490M - PLUS, NVIDIA Geforce GTX1050ti graphics and Windows 10 PRO.

Download pack, extract and add files to red alert 2 folder and play the game. If you want to change resolution, open RA2.ini with note pad, scroll until u see: Change resolution to youre prefer and change stretchMovies to Yes and then save. Right click RA2.ini after and tick write protection.
