Washington County is a county located in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of Ohio. As of the 2020 census , the population was 59,711. [ 2 ] Its county seat is Marietta . [ 3 ]
The Washington County Courthouse is located at 205 Putnam Street in Marietta, Ohio. The courthouse is constructed of rusticated stone blocks for the foundation with smooth blocks rising to the roofline. The courthouse is the third for the county.
