Thomas Chipman McRae (December 21, 1851 – June 2, 1929) was an American attorney and politician from Arkansas. He served as a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives (1885 to 1903) and the 26th Governor of Arkansas , from 1921 to 1925.
The route begins in McRae at Highway 367 and runs north to an interchange with I-57/US 64/US 67/US 167.The route crosses Highway 267 before continuing north to Highway 36 (Beebe Capps Expressway) at the western city limit of Searcy before meeting Highway 385 west of Judsonia, where it terminates.
