The Greenbrier is a luxury resort located in the Allegheny Mountains near White Sulphur Springs in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in the United States. Since 1778, visitors have traveled to this part of the state to "take the waters" of the area.
The station was built in 1930 or 1931 by the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway (C&O) to serve passengers on the new Pullman rail coaches to The Greenbrier resort hotel. [2] The current brick building replaced a wooden structure that was built in the early 1900s. [2] It is directly across from the entrance to The Greenbrier grounds.

[2] The facility was decommissioned in 1992 after the program was exposed by The Washington Post. It is now known as the Greenbrier Bunker.
