Sông Hinh is a rural district (huyện) of Phú Yên province in the South Central Coastal region of Vietnam. Its name is the same as the river running through the district, the Hinh River. As of 2003, the district had a population of 380,102. [1] The district covers an area of 885 km². The district capital lies at Hai Riêng. [1]
Hai Phong cuisine has been promoted to Europe at the Brest Maritime Festival 2008 (France) and resonated greatly. Hai Phong also has many other dishes such as mantis shrimp hot pot, bean sprouts salad, sủi dìn, bánh bèo (Haiphong's version, which is different from Hue's version).

Hải Phòng station is one of the main railway stations on the Hanoi–Hai Phong railway in Vietnam.It serves the city of Hai Phong and opened in 1902.
