This is a list of the longest rail tunnels in India. In considering tunnels for this section, tunnels of underground metro railways have not been counted. Only tunnels on the main Indian Railways network longer than 1,000 metres (3,300 ft) have been listed. Under construction and proposed tunnels have been listed separately.

There is a 6.5-kilometer-long tunnel known as Karbude Tunnel located on the Konkan Railway, situated between UKSHI and Bhoke station. Karbude Tunnel is the longest tunnel on the Konkan railway line.
