The University of King's College is a public liberal arts university in Halifax, Nova Scotia. [5] Established in 1789, it is the oldest chartered university in Canada , and the oldest English-speaking university in the Commonwealth outside the United Kingdom . [ 6 ]
The School of Management & Business was founded in King's College London in 1989. [1] In 1994, the school achieved departmental status and was formally established as the School of Management & Business in 2015 and began offering undergraduate degree programmes.
King's was founded as the College of Christ the King in 1954, at which time it was an all-male college affiliated with St. Peter's Seminary.
