Patsaouras Transit Plaza is a bus station on the east side of Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles, near the El Monte Busway.It was originally named the Gateway Transit Plaza but was renamed after Nick Patsaouras, former Rapid Transit District board member who was an advocate for public transportation.
It is at 10925 Railroad Street between Santa Anita and Tyler Avenues north of Valley Boulevard. It has 238 parking spaces. The station is owned by the City of El Monte. [4] El Monte station is served by 34 Metrolink San Bernardino Line trains (17 in each direction) each weekday, running primarily at peak hours in the peak direction of travel.
