The University of Rajasthan, informally known as Rajasthan University (RU, ISO: Rājasthān Viśvavidyālaya), is a public state university located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. It was founded in 1947 by an Act of the State Legislative Assembly and is recognised as a prominent institution in the region.
It is a university-level entrance exam conducted for admission to MA programmes in the School of Management and Labour Studies. The PG programme in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations offered at TISS campuses is at par with the management programmes offered by top MBA colleges in India.

MGSU Bikaner is a state Govt. University of Rajasthan, with a sprawling campus of around 1100 acres. The University of Rajasthan was established by an act of legislature on 8 January 1947. The library was created later on, after the availability of a small annex in the same compound in 1949. A budget provision of 20,000 Rs. was made for the library and about 1,500 books were immediately acquired.
