Since 1987, the Southlake Carroll Dragons football team has been one of the premier high school programs in Texas. In the 37 seasons between 1987 and 2022, the team has reached the state quarterfinals 23 times, the final four six times, the finals twice, and won the state championship eight times, posting an overall record 440-69-2 in that time.
