Yu Chen (Chinese: 余陈, born 1963) is a Chinese female contemporary artist and Professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] She was born in Guizhou and later graduated from the Guizhou Art Institute in 1981 as well as the Central Academy of Fine Art in Beijing in 1988.
Yong Mun Sen (10 January 1896 [1] – 1962) was a Malaysian artist and one of the founder of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore, then Malaya. Born Yong Yen Lang in Kuching , Sarawak , he changed his name to Yong Mun Sen in 1922.
In 2018, Wang received the Honorary Mention Collide Award, [5] a partnership programme between Arts at CERN and FACT Liverpool. A group of artists were invited to reside at CERN (European Organisation for Nuclear Research, Geneva) to advance their artistic practice by establishing a dialogue with engineers and particle physicists.
