The Grand Ledge Chair Company Plant is a historic building at 101 Perry Street in Grand Ledge, Michigan, United States. It was built in 1906 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. [1] The building has been refurbished into the Riverwalk Apartments. [2]
Towers one and two are apartments, Tower three contains condominiums. Riverfront Tower 100 is a 275 unit high rise at 100 Riverfront Drive, built in 1991 and finished in 1992. Riverfront Tower 200 is a 280 unit high rise at 200 Riverfront Drive, built in 1982 and finished in 1983.
The river walk is designed to supplement new retail and residential development, and includes the newly renovated historic Alden Park Towers. Architect Eric J. Hill aided in its design. [1] The first 3.5 miles (5.6 km) of continuous riverfront promenade and two of the four planned pavilions opened to the public on June 6, 2007.

The former research facility was redeveloped as a boutique luxury hotel in the 1980s.
The Grand Ledge school district was established in 1886. It comprises an area of 125 square miles (320 km 2) centered 10 miles (16 km) west of Lansing, Michigan's state capital. Within the school district are the City of Grand Ledge, the communities of Delta Mills, Mulliken, Wacousta and Eagle, as well as a large portion of Delta Township.
River House Condominiums is a residential skyscraper built on the west bank of the Grand River in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan located next to Bridgewater Place.The term "Bridgewater Place" is often incorrectly used by locals and tourists alike to refer to either the complex itself or simply this building.
The Grand Ledge area was first settled in the 1840s. In 1849, a dam and sawmill were constructed across the Grand River at the site, and in 1850 the first commercial establishment in the town opened. In 1853, the first portion of the new settlement was platted; by 1860 about 225 people lived in Grand Ledge.
