Roshan Lal Choudhary (born 1965) [1] is an Indian politician from Jharkhand. He is an MLA from Barkagaon Assembly constituency in Ramgarh District . He won the 2024 Jharkhand Legislative Assembly election , representing the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Kotak wrote 9 novels. His incomplete novel Dr. Roshanlal was completed by Harkisan Mehta, then editor of Chitralekha. On Silver Jubilee of Chitralekha, his novel Dr. Roshanlal was adapted into a Gujarati play, Him Angara. The play was well received and had more than 100 performances.

His father, Madan Lal Dhawan, was AGM in UCO Bank. [2] Anil did his high school from St. Francis Xavier's School, Kanpur and graduated from Christ Church College, Kanpur. He later obtained a diploma in acting from Film and Television Institute of India, Pune in the same batch as Jaya Bhaduri. His son is actor Siddharth Dhawan.
